Food on the 4th
We are starting up our Food on the 4th Sundays again. “What is this?” you ask….. On the 4th Sunday of the month, bring food items that will be donated to Lift Up. Please be sure that they are non-perishable and not expired! All items will be put in red wagon. Thank you, in advance, for helping our community!

5 on the 5th
We are starting up our 5 on the 5th program again! This helps our Pastor Discretionary Fund. On the 5th Sunday of the month, we ask that you give an extra $5 – if you are able – and designate it to 5 on the 5th. The Pastor Discretionary Fund helps with gas money, food money, etc for those in need. Of course, you can always give more than $5!!!

Thanksgiving Dinners
There will be 2 opportunities to gather and celebrate Thanksgiving with a turkey dinner and all the fixings! The first will be for the congregation on Sunday, November 21st at 6:00 pm. There will also be a dinner served on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 25th mid-day. If you will be travelling for Thanksgiving, or having family visiting that day, feel free to join us on November 21st. Of course, you can always bring family on Thanksgiving Day as well!!

Christmas Dinners and Christmas Story
We are also offering 2 opportunities to celebrate Christmas with dinner. The first is a “dinner and show” on Sunday, December 12th at 5:00. A Christmas dinner will be served, followed by our children performing the Christmas Story in the sanctuary. We will also be providing Christmas Dinner on Christmas day, mid-day. More information will be in the December newsletter.

Christmas Eve Candlelight Service
We will be holding a candlelight worship on Christmas Eve at 7:30. This is always a special and beautiful service.

Faith and Blue Sunday
This Sunday, October 10th, is National Faith & Blue Sunday where we honor our local law enforcement. Members of the Parachute Police Department and Garfield County Sheriff’s Department have been invited to join us for worship and/or fellowship time after worship.
